Tafsir Al Tabari | Bangla quran tafseer
Tafsir al-Tabari is written by Persian scholar Muhammad ibn Jarir al-Tabari (838–923). It’s original name was Jami al-bayan an tawilay al-Quran (meaning: “Collection of statements on the interpretation of verses of the Qur’an”). It is a Sunni tafsir. It was finished in the year 883.
It is the earliest major running commentary of the Quran to have survived in its original form. It is notable for its comprehensiveness and citation of multiple sources. Tabari has relied on narratives of prophet Muhammad (PBUH), including narrations and comments of sahabah and tabi’in where necessary. He supplies the chain of narrations for the reports included in the commentary, sometimes elaborating on the trustworthiness of narrators.
It is his second great work after “History of the Prophets and Kings” (Tarīkh al-Rusul wa’l-Muluk), also known as “Tarikh al-Tabari”.
Allah says in Surah Al-Qiyamah-75 that the tafsir of the Quran is also on Allah, “Nay more, it is for Us to explain it (and make it clear)”. This is true that if you understand the Quran properly you don’t need any secondary sources. I know it doesn’t work for many people. I will explain a bit why it does not fit for many people.

2.Allah send the best teacher with a curriculum and instructed him how to teach and where to start teaching. Hence, we have to follow that teacher who broght the message of Allah i.e. the Quran to humanity.
3. It is He Who has sent amongst the Unlettered an apostle from among themselves, to rehearse to them His Signs (يَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِهِ), to sanctify them(وَيُزَكِّيهِمْ), and to instruct them in Scripture and Wisdom (وَيُعَلِّمُهُمُ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ),- although they had been, before, in manifest error;-
4. This is the way how you have to learn the Quran. (i) First you have to recite or to listen the recitation of the Quran then by listening the ayah you have to be sanctify or to be sinless, and then you have to learn the kitab and its Wisdom. This is the way how prophet (Sm) taught the Quran to his companions. So, we have to follow the same strategy to learn the Quran.

Tafsir Al Jalalayn
